Wind at my Back fans have seen the Sullivan Backlot countless times, but it’s been more than just New Bedford.
Over the years, the Sullivan backlot has been used for many productions such as Super Rupert, Anne of Green Gables: A New Beginning, The Piano Man’s Daughter and An Avonlea Christmas to name just a few. By modifying the facades, New Bedford has even transitioned to become a ritzy street in Salzburg for Mozart’s Magic Flute Diaries.
In this behind the scenes video, Kevin Sullivan discusses the origin of the backlot and the numerous transformations it’s had since it was built.
